Happy Easter and Happy 20th birthday to the blogger

Christ Has Risen!
Indeed He Has Risen!

To my dear readers of the blog.
Last April 4 was the day of my birthday, but since it fell on Holy Saturday, I decided to move it to Easter Week from Easter Sunday of April 5 to April 7.

This April 2026, I turned 20 years old, having been born on Apr. 4, 2006 in the State of IL, but now currently living in Cebu City in the Philippines.

Sometime in May to June 2006, my mom encountered a traditionalist Franciscan priest named Father Martin Stepanich, OFM, STD (theologian). He foretold to my mother that I will become a traditionalist, but my mom, who was used to the Novus Ordo did not know what a traditionalist was. Father Stepanich explained to her about the Latin Mass, and my mom remembered the stories of my maternal grandmother that she used to attend the Latin Mass in the Santo Nino Church. I was later baptized on Jul. 14, 2006 by a French-Polish Old Catholic bishop named Bishop Jean Marie Kozik of Fraternite Notre Dame.

In September 2006, me and mom returned back to Cebu, where I now reside. When I was a toddler, my mom gave me lots of books, and introduced me to classic hand-drawn animated cartoons, as well as devotion to the Santo Nino or Child Jesus of Cebu. When I was 4 years old, my favorite cartoons were notably Alice in Wonderland (1951) and Snow White (1937)

During my toddler and young boy years, I had a feeling for Traditionalist Catholicism, even though I attended the Novus Ordo ''Mass'' because it was just the only thing in town.

During my early teens, I had a truth seeking quest ranging from Chinese Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, Anti-Catholicism and until at last through the website Tradition In Action in Oct. 2022, I finally became a trad, and in Jun. 2023, a sedevacantist. At last I not only did research on history, but finally found the mass I wanted to attend as a toddler.

Aside from doing research and promoting pre-Vatican II Catholicism, I like Disney. Not a Disney fan, but someone who likes to enjoy Disney, especially when I was still a toddler. In fact, my traditionalist attitude can be traced back to them. The reason why I admire the good old days was because I watched Disney films, and pre-modern Disney films are of course set in the past. However, as I matured into Grade School, I started to learn that Disney was very much ''un-traditional'' and ''un-Disney'', especially when I saw Marvel and Star Wars being owned by Disney, and worse was to come when they compromised with the LGBT ideology. In late 2024, inspired by the Disney-DeSantis feud, I started to make cartoons, and I even wanted to make local Cebuano cartoons just to combat the influence of Disney in the Philippines. I had prayed to God as a child that when I turn 18, I want to be like Walt Disney.

One of the strange questions I asked to my mom when I was still in Grade 3, was when I was riding a jeepney (a local bus in the Philippines) from school to home, I asked my mom why there were no Catholic scenes in Disney movies. My mom dismissed it as nonsense. I later learned that Disney is a secular company, and my cartoons feature Catholicism and trad values is because we are so very influenced by the Hispano-Catholic traditions as opposed to secularism in America and Europe.

I am grateful to God for everything and a happy 20th birthday. Thank you mom and Lola (Filipino for grandma) for taking care and nurturing me with traditional values.

Thank you very much +Adriana Caselotti (Snow White) and Kathryn Beaumont (Alice) for giving me a happy childhood.

And most of all, thank you very much Santo Nino for making me happy, for the Traditional Catholic faith, and for all the blessings I receive in life.
